Many MSWord®documents have headers and footers or text fields into which relevant standard information fromenaio®is to be inserted.
To save you from having to manually enter information such as document numbers, document titles, billing details, or contract information into each document, this data is automatically transferred using Word-Sync technology.
enaio® Word Sync is compatible with allenaio®solution modules and custom developments from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS.
Users can expand the fields on their own.
Self-learning detection mechanisms optimize operations during runtime.
We recommend that a key user define the fields to be populated in the templates. Users who subsequently use these templates to create individual documents cannot change the fields that were previously defined.
The selected formatting in the documents, including fonts and other formatting options, remains unchanged.
If the user has defined so-called "transfer fields" for the templates, the font and font size for these fields can be specified. Additional formatting options, such as color, italics, or similar, can be set in the document and will be retained each time the content is transferred.
